It should be noted that most zones have some dialogue in them but most of it still needs refining or the dialogue in the zone is only from a single camp or two. Not the whole zone. The list above is also missing raid zones and those zones will be added to this list at some point in the future.
Alutra believes the team is shifting focus to finish anything and everything related to the Freeport starting quests to try to have the best experience and testing possible once Alpha starts.
