The EQOAEmu team is working on (amongst many other things) a web UI to help flesh out all missing database items and to make sure each item in the database already is correct.

Alutra recently built a very complex “Quest Machine” that reads all the work he has done in his “Quest Spreadsheet” and compiles it into a set of scripts and spits out a finished quest.
